| This Museum, opened in 1873 on the site of Queen Adelaide's stables, houses collections of local and national importance. Some of the many highlights include the Art Nouveau and Art Deco collections of furniture, glass and ceramics. The Romano-British collections include objects found in Brighton and the surrounding area, with perhaps the most stunning example being the fine bronze statuette of an antlered stag. There is a museum kiosk and balcony café. | |||||
